We like to keep things simple. If you don’t like your socks and as long as you haven’t worn them or removed any labels, send them back to us. A credit will be issued to your card for the price of the socks as soon as we receive them. Postage though is not refundable.

All our parcels are sent via the UK’s Royal Mail. We do our utmost to send out orders received by 12.00pm (UK time!) the same day. Orders received after 12.00pm get posted the following day. The only tricky day is Sunday when the post office isn’t open!
